I.T. Field Service Technician:
Our field technicians provide I.T. support to Professional Offices throughout Florida and Alabama. Extensive travel is required. Technicians must have reliable transportation and tools. Technician must possess excellent problems solving and customer service skills. This Position requires varied I.T. skills and recent experience in the following:
- Trouble shooting LANs
- Complete set-up and Support of Business Networks
- Trouble shooting and Set up of Work Groups and Domains
- A+ Support, Hardware/Software
- Set-up and Support of Peripherals
- Installation and termination of Cat 5
- Desk Top Support via phone and remote
- Working knowledge of Microsoft XP, Server 2003, Server 2008 and Windows 7
- Must pass a background check
